September 2008 Construction Update
Floyd Dominant High School Project Overview
Communal Comments
The students and staff are back in the edifice. Everything went smooth with them entering back into the structure.
Prior to opening the new Art Rooms the Fleeting Entrance will have to be relocated. We reviewed our blueprint with Mr. Wiseheart and Mr. Jensen. This relocation go is underway.
Site Work
The loading tie up is nearly complete. The sidewalks in front of the Art Rooms are model and the fence has been removed. The shabby and straw will be completed in the areas outward the fence. The fence has been installed at the Bus/Stripe Parking Lot, temporary parking lot has been installed for Swot Parking, and the striping at the temporary/bus parking lot is completed.
New 2-saga Classroom Addition
The 2nd floor air walls have started and the 1st & 2nd floor slabs have been poured. Metal stud framing has started and the M/E/P/F Grating-ins will be continuing. The elevator helve is completed.
New Art Rooms Addition
The buddy and windows are complete. The painting, ceiling grid, and casework have started. The M/E/P/F Roughneck-ins are complete and will begin installing highlight reveal fixtures. The Owner Furnished trappings is scheduled for delivery on September 15th.
Fragmentary Upper Unit C/Unit A
Section C: The M/E Rough-ins are nearly terminated and the painting continues. Stair #17 will be set.
Portion A: The foundations and the 1st floor tranche are complete. The structural dagger has been delivered and will start being set. The masonry incite is 30% complete and the egress tunnel and short-lived walk have been completed.
ROTC/Mongrel Cut Hallway/Gym Locker Rooms
ROTC: The painting is around 85% finalize. The acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, flooring, and the locker installations have started. The Proprietress Furnished furniture is scheduled for articulation on September 15th.
